    • Gift information: The dollar value of the gift, your gift message, and other information about the gift that you send through the Services (such as recommendations on where or how the recipient may spend the gift).
    • Payment information: Payment card information, billing address. A third-party payment processor collects and processes payment card information on our behalf; we do not retain your payment card information.

  2. Information We Collect Automatically

    We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (Usage Data). To do this, we may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, other geolocation tracking technologies, including those offered by third parties, including Google Analytics (Tracking Technologies).

    A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for record- keeping purposes which contains information about you. Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on our Website, or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action.

    • If you received a Gift purchased through GiftRocket, we received your information (such as your name and email address) from the sender of the Gift, to help us deliver the gift to you.
    • Information we receive from our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group, including, without limitation, Tremendous, LLC. This information may include your mailing address, email address, phone number, information about redemption of a Gift, including related transactions made on any gift or prepaid cards.
    • Publicly available information such as information we obtain through search engines and other websites. Consumer marketing databases or other data enrichment companies. Information that you choose to share with us through third parties, such as if you access GiftRocket's services on a social network platform (including Facebook or Instagram), we will access and store the information explicitly allowed by the social network platform by their terms of service, once you allow us to do so, through an interface provided by the social network platform. In addition, if you interact with us on social media, we will collect information about those interactions.

    Any information we obtain from third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party's policies or practices. For example, when you order a GiftRocket, your payment card information is shared with our payments providers to confirm payment for our Service. Likewise, we may share your information with our payment providers to send out a payment.
    • With affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group to provide our Services.
    • In connection with a sale, merger, bankruptcy or other business transaction. As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by, another company. The privacy and data security practices of such third party websites or applications are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and our inclusion of links to any third-party sites do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the third-party sites.

  8. Managing Your Information

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request to access, correct or delete information that we have collected about you. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

    To make such a request, please send a request by email to support@giftrocket.com. When contacting us, please indicate your name, email address, city and state (to help verify your identity), and other information about your request (such as what information you would like to update). While you may ask to have information deleted or removed, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with a past transaction on the Website. In addition, it may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we have contractual obligations to maintain certain records in compliance with federal laws, e.g., the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

    Email marketing: We may send you administrative and promotional emails. We will send you information regarding your purchases from the Website, as well as updates about our products and promotional offers.
